Lesson 4: “What You’ve Been Waiting For”

Sometimes, waiting on God makes no sense as He leads in ways we would not choose. Both Jacob and Joseph died in Egypt but would request burial in Canaan. Their hope was ultimately in the resurrection. They model that we are ultimately waiting on God for heaven and our hope is not in this world. It cannot be. We are waiting on God for something far, far better.
