Proverbs 27:1
Tomorrow is often the basis for our boasting: “Someday when money isn’t tight; someday I’ll be a better husband and father; someday I’ll be happy when . . . ” Wisdom warns that when we worship on “someday” we presume on what we cannot control and cannot predict. We must begin seeking contentment and responsibility in the only place real change can occur—today.
