Mark 8:14-35
After asking His disciples: “Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear?” Jesus took them on a field trip to Bethsaida and Caesarea Philippi. With His miracles and messages He teaches His disciples they only have a partial understanding of Him. How often we too have ears and eyes but fail to understand. Our picture of Christ—though accurate—is always limited.
His love which often leads us to painful places is bigger and grander than we can fathom.
