Sexual preference is popular way to imply there is no standard of truth.
When 71% of adults under age 50 believe that sex between adults in a committed relationship is okay, and when as many as a third of married individuals have had an affair, we desperately need a reminder of God’s purposes for our sexuality. The book of 1 Thessalonians reminds us that our standards of purity reflect God’s character, not man’s preferences.
